Add the products you want to compare — name, price, package size, and (optionally) how many packages in the bundle. The page ranks them cheapest per base unit first within each family (weight vs. weight, storage vs. storage), highlights the winner, and shows the savings against the most-expensive row. Mixed currencies can be normalised with manual rates. Pure client-side, no upload.

Display currency & FX rates

FX rates below are manual and only used when a product's currency differs from the display currency. The values mean how many units of that currency equal 1 unit of the display currency. Example: 1 USD = 0.92 EUR → enter EUR: 0.92.

How the comparator works

For each row the page computes the total size in the family's base unit (grams for weight, litres for volume, metres for length, m² for area, "count" for count, bytes for storage) by multiplying the package size by the unit factor and by the number of packages. Then it divides the price in the display currency by that total.

  • Conversions use fixed SI / NIST factors (1 kg = 1000 g, 1 in = 0.0254 m, 1 US gal = 3.785411784 L, etc.).
  • Rows from different families are ranked separately: a $5/kg sugar bag is never compared to a $10/16GB flash drive.
  • Currency conversion uses the manual FX table you typed — no live exchange-rate lookup.
  • Invalid rows (missing price, missing currency, no rate) are listed at the bottom of their family group with the reason.
