User-Agent Parser

Paste any User-Agent string and see it broken down into browser, operating system, and device — plus an overall device type (desktop / mobile / tablet / tv / console / bot). Comes with five working presets (Chrome, Safari iPhone, Googlebot, curl, Edge). Pure parsing in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Tip: in any browser, open DevTools → Console and type navigator.userAgent to copy your own UA.

The parser is heuristic — real-world UA strings are a soup of vendor-specific tokens and no library gets them all right. We cover the common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, Samsung Internet, Vivaldi, Brave), the major OSes (Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android, Linux, Chrome OS), and 28 of the most common bots (Googlebot, Bingbot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, curl, wget, and friends). Anything we don't recognise is shown as Unknown rather than fabricated.
