How to use this timer

• Click Start to begin a focus interval. The ring fills as time passes.
• When the focus interval ends, you'll hear a soft chime and the timer switches to a short break.
• After every fourth focus interval, the break is longer (default 15 minutes).
• Use Skip to jump to the next phase, Pause to hold time, Reset to start the cycle from scratch.
• Counts and settings are stored in this browser via localStorage. They do not leave your device.
